ディヤーナ/ヨガ八支則

ヨガの８支則、第７段階をディヤーナと言います。ディヤーナは瞑想です。

坐禅のようなイメージが強いかもしれませんが、瞑想の定義は「集中を持続した状態」になるので、必ずしも座っていなければいけないわけではありません。

集中の持続、なので第６段階ダーラナーを持続することがディヤーナの練習になります。
