As founders, we are the face of our business. And yet, when it’s time to show up on camera for an IG story, TikTok, podcast, or new launch… Oh hell no. We avoid it like the plague. The challenge about becoming a speaker is that there are no parameters or regulated pathways to "get there." This can make the journey as a speaker quite intimidating and overwhelming, causing many budding speakers to get stuck before they even start!
