Episode 26 We have finally made it through our 1 year, Matt and I have gone through every episode up until now. We have trimmed down to a list of our favorite 10 each that we played throughout the year. This was the hardest project yet for Matt and I. We played so many great songs throughout the year, trimming it down to just 10 was difficult beyond words for us. Here they are, for you to enjoy our favorite songs played throughout this last year, all from episode 1-25.

Episode 25 We are at the end the game has been completes, the final boss, defeated. You have overcome every challenge thus far, all that is left is to see the end screen and watch those credits. The songs in this episode widely vary some games mirror the title screen, some walk you through and recap the story, some are triumphant and maybe even a little sombre or romantic. As the year comes to a close and we prepare for our top 10. Matt and I play some tracks we have been holding on to for awhile to try to sneak some on to each others best of list. At the end of the episode we discuss the future and what season 2 will hold.

Episode 24 We are here, This is it! we have braved the Last level, made it through the whole game and arrived... To the Final Boss, the ultimate challenge lies before us, what will our heroes do? Play some awesome tracks that's what! Games save some of the best tracks in the game for the final boss, they are often heavy and intense culminating the whole game into one final encounter, you know these ones are gonna be great.

Episode 22 is a downright brawl, the boys, including Dakota are focusing on Fighting games. Dakota our resident fighting game expert gives us some neat fun facts and Derek and Matt try to throw some curve balls. Now Derek and Matt may not be too knowledgeable on fighting games, but get ready to hear some unexpected tracks cause they have some solid picks. Fighting games have a wide variety of sounds, stage themes usually take the area, country or location in mind but keep you pumped. Episode 21 The boys area a bit puzzled this time. All the tracks from this episode are from puzzle games and so that means... well surprisingly some really good background bass, and hardcore tunes. Some of these tracks are rocking, some are calming, but all of them are very good. We have a good mixture of ones that might be obvious and expected and some really surprising ones from both Matt and Derek this time

Episode 20 The boys are back after a bit of a hiatus due to the virus and Derek becoming a new dad. We ease back into the swing of things with a low stress free play. The songs this episode have no constraints, they can play any song from any game... so long as it hasn't been played already. We've got it all on this one, some grooving and rocking tunes, awesome bass and drums, we have some great picks that you will enjoy.

Episode 19 Derek's brother Brandon joins us, as we finished our climb from Sea to Mountain and we blast up into Space! All the music in this episode are from some kind of otherworldly set piece. Whether it's floating in space, visiting the moon, or a space station or even other galaxies. Sometimes space can sound peaceful and sometimes it can be scary and spooky when you are out there alone. Mini-games withing full games?! Episode 18 is all about those fun, pumped, silly and playful rhythms that play in the background while you are trying to complete the mini-games or bonus stage. Sometimes they can be infuriating if you need to grind a hard side quest for an ultimate weapon, and some are relaxing while you get through the set piece, sometimes you are rushed and have to finish withing the time limit. Episode 14 Takes us on the high seas and down below the surface of the shining waters. Every track on this episode heavily features or revolves around water. Many of the tracks that focus on the lower depths will be spooky and eerie like the murky depths. when we return to the surface things get a lot more light and adventurous.
