This month’s episode is on Intuition and connecting into your inner wisdom.
We all have our own innate inner wisdom, but in a world where we are conditioned to look outwards for answers and to dismiss what wisdom we get internally, this episode is here to nudge you towards turning inwards and trusting what comes up when you do.
With my go-to ways of how I have built my trust and confidence in my inner wisdom, this episode is here to empower you in trusting yourself and acting on the inner wisdom you receive.
Take a look at my book, Be The Change HERE.
This short episode is here to empower you to recognise what holds you back from creating change in your life. It is here to shine a light on the challenges to changing. And helping you unpick the mix of what is stopping you.
Change is what we have signed up for in Earth School and this episode is here as a nudge for your soul to remember that journey and to give you some tools along the way to make change a little easier.

I am joined on this episode by Sarah, who is a friend and a brilliant psychic who shares her traumatic experience of being drugged and assaulted. Sarah's journey of healing and beliefs based on experience are full of wisdom and refreshing. In a world where we are called to hate and have revenge, this conversation opens up another path, another way forward. This episode is so relevant to any of us who have experienced trauma and who have found it hard to move on.
This episode is about our mother daughter connection and seeing the links between us and patterns that need to be healed. What isn't healed, is passed on to the next generation as behaviours / ickiness. Our job is to recognise and stop the cycle. We all need to be the cycle breakers so our children don't need to be. This episode explores the mother daughter relationship with questions to support you on your own exploration.
My intent is to support you in reflecting on the relationships with women around you and the impact it has had. To help you to start joining the dots in the generation patterns so you can see in the light what needs to heal.
This short episode is about going within ourselves for the answers. It's about supporting you in building the pathway for choosing to go within as a first stop for guidance and a way forward. I explore why it's hard to go within ourselves and some of the challenges you may come up against. I explore the how and why I go within and the tools or 'scaffolding' i have around my practice to help me with shifting thought patterns, beliefs and trauma not serving me. My intention with this episode is to give some ideas on how to go within and to sow seeds of empowerment within you that the answers come from you.
This month's episode is about untaming and setting you free. In a world where we are expected to behave in ways as women we all in need some untaming in our lives. We live in societies where we are conditioned to not listen to our inner wisdom but instead to listen to what we are told is expected from us. When we heal ourselves we set ourselves free. In this episode, I speak to my friend Sarah who too has been on her own journey of healing and rewilding.

In uncertain times courage is often forgotten about, yet it lives in you and is waiting to be stoked. When we know how courage shows up in us we can call on it.
In this conversation, I speak to one of my besties about courage and how it shows up differently in each of us. We speak about the difference between courage and spiritual courage and I give some journal prompts to connect you into your courage.
Courage is needed when we are making changes in our lives. Courage is needed when there is uncertainty in our lives. Stoke it and use it to power you on.

The podcast episode this month is all about Worthiness. Our sense of self worth comes from within, and I believe it is key to creating lasting change in our lives- we need to feel worthy and build our sense of worth to create the lives we love. And it doesn't come from the number of likes or the way we look, it comes from WITHIN. Within ourselves. When we feel worthy we put up with less and are unable to accept what has been before. It starts with us and it is a journey. My hope is that this episode will help you further along your journey. It may be helpful to have your journal ready in case you get nudges from your inner wisdom on your journey.
This month's podcast is a mini one. But it is a big topic- Expectations. Yes, there is joy and loveliness at this time of year and it also comes with a huge amount of expectations. These expectations often fall on women (not always but often). In addition to all our usual life admin, we get a huge amount more on the jobs front, and it has an impact. We were never meant to do it all. This episode has some journal prompts to help you shine a light on how expectations from others and society play out in your life.
Soul work- this podcast episode is all about soul work. What is it? How do you do it? Why do you do it? I’m chatting to my friend Chlo about how we both do soul work differently and why we do it and what it involves. Soul work isn't about some complicated convoluted process you have to know, in my eyes I believe it’s turning up every day and doing the inner work so that we can shine our brightest lights in the world.
Unshackling episode this month is on Autumn and the pull to go inwards. There are seasons and cycles all around in nature and within us. When we tune in, connect and allow it to flow through us rather than fighting it, it allows magic to happen, it allows the force of nature to move through us. There are journal prompts in this episode, so have your journal close by in case you have any intuitive nudges coming up.
Discernment - being able to judge and perceive clearly. This topic is linked intricately with our inner wisdom, strength and inner worth and the need to hold our own counsel. In a world where we are encouraged to look outside ourselves for answers, being able to discern what is in alignment with ourselves and soul self is key.
This podcast episode shares varied examples of how discernment impacts all areas of life and how the need to develop discernment has shown up in my life.
As well as shared examples, there are journal prompts and practical exercises to support you in developing your discernment in all areas of your life.
If you like the show, please rate and share it with friends, thank you, love and liberation to you xx
Ombre - a term we often associate with fashion and beauty trends, not our relationship dynamics. This episode explores power dynamics in our relationships and when they can dip into the dark. This is particularly relevant as violence against women is rising. We all need to shine a light in how we show up and how our partners show up- we all need to heal to shine our lights in this world from love not fear. This episode shares reference to rape- and my own experience of this- I share this in advance so you are prepared in case it triggers you in this episode. This episode shines a light on how all relationships are on the Ombre scale and getting to know where your power shifts happen. So that we can all show up in balance.
This episode is dedicated to my own Nan who has passed, her birthday was this full moon. My Nan was of a time where being in a relationship in the dark side of Ombré was accepted. Nan this one is for you.
Money Money Money! And as the song by Abba goes ‘it’s a rich man’s world’.
In this episode, we explore Money and the shackles all women in some way face with money. The beliefs, the societal expectations, the behaviours- the permission seeking.
All so subtle but there impacting our lives. Let’s shine a light on this one so we can all start shifting it and healing it.
This is by no means an exhaustive exploration of money but there to start opening the door on what is there in the shadows shaping all our realities.
Love and liberation xx
In this episode, I explore Nice and the topic of being nice in this world and how it stops us connecting into authenticity and speaking our truth. Let me be clear, I am an advocate of love and kindness, but Nice stops us connecting into love and acting from an empowered place. I will explore the impact this has on all of us, especially women. And the impact it has on our daughters. Most importantly the ways to break free from this shackle.
Pleasure, your pleasure, my pleasure, our pleasure as women matter. It slips off the radar, forgotten under the to-dos and endless lists. This podcast episode explores why it matters to connect into pleasure and how to start exploring your journey with pleasure today. This isn't just about sexual pleasure it is about pleasure for the sheer indulgence of feeling because feeling and connecting into our bodies connects us to our authentic selves, into our creative flow, into being in tune and flow with the universe. It's about loving and accepting ourselves enough to see that we are worthy of pleasure every day. The episode ends with a short meditation visualisation to connect you to your journey of pleasure.
In this episode, I chat to my friend Charlotte about leaning into trust in life and what that looks like for both of us. I end the conversation with my go-to ways to empower you to lean into trust.
Welcome to Episode 2. In this episode, I discuss the concept of unshackling, the reasons behind naming this podcast, and my mission to shine a light on what is not being said in this world.
Welcome to Unshackling. I'm Jennifer Soran Boon. In this debut episode, I share my story, my journey, and what I hope to bring to this podcast.
