در قسمت دوم از فصل دوم از گفتگوهای بی‌نقاب—که بصورت ویدیویی هم در یوتیوب قابل تماشاست—گفتگویی سه‌نفره درباره بحران میان‌سالی، نگاه به گذشته، تجربه اکنون، و تصمیمات برای آینده داشتیم. درباره این صحبت کردیم که چگونه نگذاریم افکار منفی، پشیمانی و درماندگی ذهنمان را درگیر کند، و چگونه به‌جای مقایسه خود با دیگران، خود را با گذشته‌ی خود بسنجیم و بپذیریم. از شجاعت رها کردن برخی راحتی‌های اکنون برای رسیدن به ارزش‌های واقعی زندگی گفتیم و اینکه چگونه از مسیر لذت ببریم، بدون اینکه بیش از حد درگیر نتیجه شویم. In the second episode of the second season of Unmasked Dialogue—which is also available as a video on YouTube—we had our first-ever three-person conversation, discussing midlife crises, reflecting on the past, embracing the present, and making decisions for the future. We explored how to avoid getting trapped in negative thoughts, regret, and helplessness, and instead, measure ourselves against our own past rather than comparing ourselves to others. We talked about the courage it takes to let go of present comforts to pursue what truly matters and the importance of enjoying the journey without becoming overly fixated on the outcome.

We discussed the rapid changes in today's world and technologies such as artificial intelligence and their impact on the lives of ordinary people, as well as some economic, social, and political measures and theories related to these changes, all in simple language.

We delve into a topic often shrouded in silence, particularly within cultures like Iran and India. Join us as we uncover the hidden realities of sexual abuse in conservative communities and examine how familial dynamics can unintentionally exacerbate the trauma for survivors.  در این گفتگو از سرطان حرف زدیم از تجربیات خودمان در مواجه با سرطان و مواجه با مرگ و چرایی تابو و ترسناک بودن موضوع در فرهنگ ایرانی . چگونه این تابوها باری مضاعف بر روی دوش بیمار و همراهان او میگذارد In this conversation, we talked about cancer, sharing our own experiences with facing cancer and confronting death, and the reasons why the topic is considered taboo and frightening in Iranian culture. We discussed how these taboos place an additional burden on the shoulders of the patient and their companions."
