We spend the first years of our lives constantly learning, whether we're at school or at home. As we get older, it is just as important to unlearn — to truly discover and listen to your own individual voice that breaks free from what your parents have taught you, what school has taught you and what society expects from you. This is Erika and Roxi and we invite you to join in on our conversations as we talk about unlearning from the context of an Asian upbringing. Please rate and review if you enjoy it. Tell us what you've unlearned today.

Loving Your Body In Every Stage

In this episode, Roxi and Erika talk about what it means to love your body and Roxi discusses her body issues before, during, and after her pregnancy.

It’s both interesting and important to think about the conversations you have with yourself about your body and why they’re either defined as positive or negative (although, let’s be honest, mostly negative). Loving and accepting your body will always be a work in progress, but the goal shouldn’t be weight it should be simply not caring.
