Our last within the meditation only series where I share just meditation, finished with some extra music to marinate in your good vibes.
This is becoming a go to meditation for myself and my clients in the beginning of energy sessions. I wanted to just call it meditation. However the best option feels like it's a great way to get centered and lean into a meditative state.
As you move through this meditation, if your mind should wander, that's ok. Simply take note of it and bring yourself back to your note of focus (receive & release, with your breath). After the guidance portion there will be some music to leave you in your own good vibes. Allow your own meditative journey to unfold, being your own best witness.
