From Bali to silence — why I had to pause.
From the outside, it looked like I was living “the dream life.”
Living in Bali under the sun, launching my first video podcast...
But inside? It felt like chaos. Overwhelmed. Stressed. Disconnected from myself.
Something in me whispered: pause.
Even though my mind said, “You can’t take a break now — there’s too much to do!” I followed my heart. I booked the retreat. Did I feel scared? Yes.
I had no idea what emotions would surface. But deep down, a part of me was ready — Ready to come home. Home within myself. In the silence, I cried. I screamed. I laughed. I loved.
And most importantly — I reconnected with the part of me I thought I had lost while chasing all the things.
