September is National Suicide Prevention Month, and we wanted to take time on Unfiltered Faith to talk honestly about mental health, especially for men, where the struggles often stay hidden. In this conversation, Ananiya and Thomas open up about anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to stay silent, while anchoring everything in 1 Peter 5:7: “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” We’ll explore why faith and mental health need to be talked about together, how the church can do better, and practical ways prayer, brotherhood, and even therapy can help.
