25 - You Need A Hobby

In today's world it is easy to forget the small and subtle aspects to daily life.  With infinite stimuli vying for our attention, we can find ourselves consumed with to do lists and pursuing instantaneous gratification at all times.  This way of life can often damage our sense of meaning and purpose.  When we live polar lives of working and resting we fail to nourish the love inside of us that yearns for expression, often found in hobbies.  Join us in this episode as we rekindle the lost art of hobbies and discuss the importance of hobbies in today's world as well as some of our own hobbies.
