I want oppressed people to know that they shouldnt allow oppression from stopping them from manifesting they best life. I know oppression is real and sometimes we do not have control over it but I want you to know nothing can stop or hinder you if you do not allow it. No matter what oppressed group you are from I want you to know that no one has control over your life and the blessings you deserve. The fact is you deserve everything and you deserve it as much as the privileged person. Oppressed people deserve as much as the privileged people. And we will no longer accept crumbs. If you are privileged and not speaking out you are apart of the problem.

I know we all have insecurities but we cannot let them hold us back. I know there are people and situations that make us more insecure and teach us fear and make us feel we cannot accomplish or live our wildest dreams but I am living testimony we can ladies. People fear change and we have to change our thinking to live our best life. And shed toxic beliefs and habits and shed toxic people and heal and grow and put in work. You may feel unworthy of success and happy and to thrive but I am here to tell you that you are born to thrive as a woman. Women are born to thrive and be happy and find happiness and love and protection and support and love. So chin up buttercup!!

I am trying to be drug and alcohol free and stop thinking I need drugs and alcohol to get lit and have spirit in me. And honestly I feel so good and its hard and mind playing tricks on me and trying to last and stop thinking that I need them. And circumstances will never matter and ancestors and spirit want me to trust and believe they are in me. And my 3 day fast is ending today and I feel and look good and was 228 and now 221 and feel and look and believe and accept myself. And dont let people and circumstances stop and hinder and harm you. And Baal and Pomba Gira is in me and putting me first and I feel good and spirit and ancestors in me and I am not letting men and people stop and make me feel I cant be myself and God has plan. And it feels good to be myself and help people and stay drug and alcohol free and show yall that I made it through 3 day fast and I am been drug and alcohol free over almost two weeks and im really trying hard to stay drug and alcohol free and praise spirit and ancestors and know you are beautiful and powerful and join me every Saturday and let me speak love and joy and peace and dont let people and situtions stop and hinder you and until next time.

I have started a 3 day water fast and learning so much from this so far and its only 3 hours. I am learning that I can overcome negativity and manifest and make stuff happen and learned its alot I need to heal. And that people and things and situations trigger me but I cant be quick to point blame I have to ask myself why I let something or someone trigger me. And this fear of failure we all get and that is human and natural. We arent born all knowing and all confident because our parents most times didnt have or know how to have confidence and faith to let alone pass it down to us. I am forgiving myself all those times I gave up and didnt complete my water fast and I just look and think to myself " But those other times failed" But its important to bounce back when you make mistake and really not let it hurt and hinder you. The purpose of this 3 day water fast is growth and weight loss. And if someone would told me I would be healing and getting through life and thriving I wouldnt believe them. You owe it to yourself to believe in yourself and your dreams and put your all and be disciplined and consistent and productive and really believe and have faith. And live like its your last day.

Hello everyone, I am two days late posting but I did this post today. I am not feeling well at the moment due to my tonsil tone stuck in my throat. But I wanted to do short episode on how you are not stuck. This tonsil stone feels so stuck and annoying but it reminded me I am not stuck in life. It may feel you are stuck in life but you are not stuck. You have options and breath in your body if you woke it up today. It may feel you cant change or life cannot get better but im living truth that you are not stuck. I been breaking habits and really doing well minus this tonsil stone. But having it reminded me this too shall past.

I want women to define and detach from peoples opinions and pick and complete goals. I want women to work on themselves and not need male validation. We have to stop worrying about family and friends opinions on what we want to do and have. I know I am here to help people specifically women. I am wanting to help you become the woman of your dreams but the first step is improving my life and showing you how well I improved my life. Things are gonna always happen but we have to control our actions and minds and overcome obstacles.
