Hitting the Wall: Knowing When Things Aren’t Right
TW: today’a episode is very mental health-heavy - listener diacretion is advised. This week saw my anxiety peak and I knew I had to listen to what my body and mind were saying, rather than trying to muddle through. I’m ok, i’m healing and taking some time to breathe and recover from some highly stressful experiences and have been met with some very kind and supportive people which has helped.
