What happens when you walk away from the life you thought you were supposed to want?
In this guest episode, I’m joined by content creator and fitness coach Alessia Sculpt, who went viral for sharing her story of leaving a 12-year relationship in her early 30s - not because anything was wrong, but because something didn’t feel right. Together, we explore what it really means to listen to your inner knowing, even when it goes against every societal timeline you’ve been taught to follow.
We talk about:
The subtle signs you’re settling (even when your relationship looks great on paper)
Why it’s so hard to make a big change - and how to know when it’s time
The fears that come with walking away and how Alessia navigated them
What dating looks like after divorce - and how intentional dating changed everything
Letting go of panic, embracing uncertainty, and building a life you’re proud of
This episode is for you if you’ve ever asked yourself, “Is this really it?” and need a reminder that choosing yourself is always the right timeline.

If you’re in your thirties and find yourself spiraling with the fear that maybe you won’t meet your person in time…
If you lie awake at night wondering if motherhood is slipping through your fingers…
If you feel like you’ve done everything right and life still isn’t unfolding the way you hoped,
This episode is for you.
In this deeply honest and empowering conversation, I am joined by returning guest Hillary, a human design teacher and spiritual coach, to explore the fear that so many of us carry in our thirties: not knowing how it’s all going to turn out.
We dive into:
One of the most powerful moments in this episode: Hillary coaches a past version of me: age 35, single, and panicking about her future, through the fears, limiting beliefs, and pressure that so many of you are carrying too.
Whether you’re single and scared, dating with anxiety, or simply trying to trust your path, this episode is your invitation to soften.
To remember that just because you don’t know how it’s going to turn out doesn’t mean it’s not going to be everything you hoped for- and more.
🎧 A must-listen if you’re navigating transitions, feeling behind, or longing for clarity in your thirties.

Before I reached my thirties I had a (very untrue) perception that life in my thirties would get easier, I would be more of an ‘adult’ and life would seamlessly flow along. I was in for a shock when I realized quite quickly that adulting isn’t really a feeling (not one that was going to come in my thirties) and that this decade was full of huge changes, decisions and challenges.
In this vulnerable and honest solo episode I am reflecting on each year of my thirties and I have picked one big challenge I went through and the subsequent lesson I learned and took with me on my thirties journey. The stories I am sharing range from discussing career uncertainties, relationship struggles, feelings of being left behind, and welcoming in new chapters and identity shifts.
I invite you to join the waitlist for my brand new membership program TURNING. A community space designed for women in their thirties to support each other. Doors are re-opening in March-sign up here to get first access (there will be limited spots!).
