毕业典礼前一天分享一期特别的聊天。嘉宾是我在研究生项目中认识的两位好朋友— Julio 曾在厄瓜多尔创办教育初创公司，Wandy 曾在泰国政府机构推动教育公平，他们是我很多专业课的队友，我们也都是在工作几年后决定回到校园继续深造。 这次对话聊了很多：作为教育从业者在不同国家的经历，对哥大（以及其他美国名校）教育学院“水硕”项目的观察与反思，如何在系统内外找到成长和自我定位的方式，也聊到了作为教育者面对的刻板印象和被忽视的价值。这是一场真诚而丰富的对谈，在这个毕业季送给每一个仍然相信教育力量的朋友，也作为一份毕业礼物送给自己。毕业快乐！
Sharing a special conversation on the day before graduation. The guests are two close friends I met during my graduate program—Julio, who founded an education social enterprise around design thinking in Ecuador, and Wandy, who worked on educational equity within a governmental agency in Thailand. They were my teammates in many courses, and like me, both returned to school after several years of working.
We talked about working in education across different countries, our take on “watered-down” master’s programs at top U.S. schools like Columbia, how we find growth in and outside the system, and the challenges educators often face. It was an open and meaningful conversation—shared as a graduation gift to anyone who believes in the power of education, and to myself. Congratulations!
