Despite their competitive nature, he emphasizes that the team's goal is to be approachable and helpful to all athletes, dispelling any notion of elitism.   Bryan is a passionate advocate for normalizing LGBTQ+ visibility in the sport and how creating specific spaces helps build broader acceptance. In 2011/2012, he co-founded "TriOUT," a visible and supportive community for LGBTQ+ athletes and allies.   At his core, Bryan puts inclusivity first, continually leading the way to help others find their place in the sport.
