On Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 1 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time, the U.S. Transhumanist Party invites Nicolás Cherñavsky and Nina Torres Zanvettor of the Rejuvenation Science Institute to discuss their efforts in seeking to replicate the rat rejuvenation experiment of Harold Katcher, in which the researchers extracted small extracellular vesicles from the blood of young pigs and injected them into old Sprague-Dawley rats, reporting that they managed to rejuvenate the animals according to a series of parameters, including memory, grip strength, blood markers, senescent cells, and others. Harold Katcher’s experiment led to a world record in rat longevity, as Sima the rat reached the age of 1464 days (over 4 years). 
The Rejuvenation Science Institute has the mission of carrying out and promoting scientific research in the field of rejuvenation, longevity, and aging. Its ultimate goal is to develop rejuvenation therapies to eliminate the limit that aging imposes on human lifespan and prevent the age-related diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer and Alzheimer's disease, which kill 110,000 people worldwide every day.

Dr. Michael Ringel of Life Biosciences then delivered a presentation entitled “Partial Epigenetic Reprogramming to Reverse Age-Related Diseases” to discuss both the theory behind partial epigenetic reprogramming and some of its proximate applications.

Scarlet Zanarkand holds the view that all transhumanists are united by a common goal of transformation; whether that is to revert to our younger years, to gain an increase of health and ability, or to achieve some kind of alteration such as the idea of becoming a "cyborg" in the future. A panel including U.S. Transhumanist Party Chairman Gennady Stolyarov II, Dr. Bill Andrews (the USTP's Biotechnology Advisor and Founder and CEO of Sierra Sciences), and Daniel Twedt (the USTP's Director of Community and Citizen Science and 2024 U.S. Vice-Presidential Candidate) asked detailed questions to explore Cyclarity's approach and its lead product, UDP-003.

Dr. Matthew O’Connor is the CEO of Scientific Affairs at Cyclarity Therapeutics. He was awarded his Master’s Degree in Neuroscience from Northwestern Medical in 1999 and his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Baylor College of Medicine in 2005. His postdoctoral research includes work at UC Berkeley on muscle stem cells and aging. He is the former VP of Research at SENS Research Foundation, where he oversaw a broad swath of research projects spanning many aspects of rejuvenation biotechnology from which he authored many papers and patents.
Cyclarity's research has combined computational and synthetic chemistry programs to create custom-engineered cyclodextrins (polysaccharides with known industrial and pharmaceutical excipient uses) to capture, and remove from cells, oxidized cholesterol derivatives such as 7-ketocholesterol, which are broadly toxic molecules with no known biological function.

In "Computer Science and its Occult," Eric Hennigan, a Software Engineer at Google, explores the intriguing parallels between concepts in computer science and themes found in occult traditions. The talk delves into ideas like "True Names," which in computer science can uniquely identify a thing and provide power over it, much like a memory address. Hennigan also discusses "Sigils," demonstrating how autonomous vehicles can be "trapped" by specific markings or by placing a traffic cone on their sensors, rendering them inoperable. The presentation further examines "Spells" in the context of sorting algorithms and code snippets. Hennigan draws a compelling connection to "The Golem of Prague," comparing the legendary animated clay figure to the modern process of baking silicon into crystal, etching patterns, animating with electricity, and commanding with scripts, ultimately teaching machines to learn, write, speak, and paint. This leads to profound questions about consciousness, ethics in creating sentient beings, and the nature of free will in machines.
Eric Hennigan is a Senior Software Engineer at Google and a Volunteer Genomics Data Scientist at the University of Southern California. He holds Bachelor of Sciences degrees in Applied Mathematics and Physics from University of California Los Angeles, and a PhD in Computer Science from University of California Irvine. He enjoys communicating what he has learned to others and even acted as Instructor of Record for UCI and Cal State Fullerton while still a graduate student. Despite his formal education he recommends self-study as a path to skills improvement.

On Sunday, June 22, 2025, the U.S. Transhumanist Party discussed the war between Israel and Iran and the recent entry of the United States into that war. Chairman Gennady Stolyarov II provided a thorough critique of the Israeli first strike and the Trump Administration’s involvement.  Trump’s decision, announced with characteristic bombast as the only way to stop Iran’s aggression, has drawn the United States into a conflict that risks American lives, assets, and the very survival of human civilization. As a transhumanist committed to reason, individual liberty, and the preservation of human potential, Chairman Stolyarov condemned both Israel’s initial strike and Trump’s reckless escalation as affronts to the principles of a free, flourishing, and forward-looking society. This war threatens not only regional stability but the future of humanity itself.
