Mrs. Dina Taji Al Farouki known as Dinas TV on social media is a pioneer in the Fitness, Nutrition , Fashion, and Lifestyle industry who has embarked on an ambitious goal to share her story and expertise to help people get fit , build confidence and live a healthier lifestyle they can sustain . She will be uploading 2 podcast episodes per week with bonus motivtivational episodes in between that will help transform your body body and your life ! She believes fitness and beauty are not simply about looking good on the outside, but about creating that inner strength within yourself that will help build your conifidence and resiliance to over come any obstacle that comes your way ! An approach that empowers more important lifestyle skill-sets such as; self-confidence which gives every person inner radiance. This radiance manifests as positive energy in work, relationships, and an entire spectrum of activities. Dina's goal is to uplift and inspire others, while remaining open to learning with the understanding that her journey is about serving others in an excellent capacity. Dina's unique life journey has been challenging with trials and tribulations and she has triumphed along the way. After battling weight issues and bullimia, Dina lost 35 kilograms in 1 year and not only transformed her physique, but she also grew an insatiable appetite to share her experience and expertise with other women. Her goal is to maximize their learning curve so they can start making healthy decisions with a proper plan, guidance and support that will help them sustain this lifestyle, long-term.  Moreover, Dina is honored and humbled to have the opportunity to inspire and support people from all over the world.
