Fried Plantains (Bannann Peze)

In this video we made some fried plantains known as bannann peze in Haitian Creole. In this video we used a plantain press but you can also use the bottom of a cup or plate to press your plantains. If you prefer to use a plantain press, you can buy one on amazon.
