Tracy Hazzard is the Founder and CEO of Brandcasters, Inc., which runs Podetize.com, the largest podcast post-production company and hosting platform pushing the level of podcast content creation, production, distribution, and marketing to the next level. Tracy has instilled into the company culture an obsessive podcaster-centric focus. In addition to her day job, for the past four years, Tracy has also published a column for Inc. Magazine called "By Design" focusing on disruptive innovation, product launching, and brand-building.
