Welcome to Tough Love, the relationship podcast with Stephanie Regan, clinical psychotherapist and relationship expert and Mairead Loughman, Matchmaker and founder of Love HQ.

This podcast is the result of many conversations between us about dating and love where we found that we were both noticing the suffering, loneliness and powerlessness that can lie beneath the search for love.

Although we arrive to the subject from two very different places we saw that some truths and difficulties simply never get aired and that there could be a real benefit in opening a bigger and more frank conversation on these and the realities of dating and building relationships in today's world.

Our focus is to say what needs saying, hence the title ,'Tough Love', but with the purpose of empowering the listener,by hearing common sense and new perspectives.
