Max and Todd are back to pick through Blink's first studio album like so much cat litter. In this the series finale, the boys reflect upon the band's full catalog and their own podcasting journey. Look forward to our next project, someday!
Todd gets a long overdue update from field intern Jon and old friend Brendt about their foibles and follies in attempting to get some on-site action with the boys of Blink in Californ-I-A, only to discover a massive cult conspiracy?!
blink-182 are back which means so are the Touchdown Boyz for an emergency ep!
Join Todd and Max wsg. Max's baby as we discuss the indelible trio's first proper single/cash-in on their reformation, and doomsay their upcoming (presumably final?) album.
Mike, you will be dearly missed. Please visit here to share memories of him with his family.
Just in time for Boxing Day! Todd, Max, and Mike gang up to brave their way through five so-so songs off Blink 182's self-produced EP!
The long awaited full-episode debut of Todd and Mike in which they cover the strange, breakup-sandwiching 2011 Blink 182 album, Neighborhoods!
Max is MIA, but eagle-eared listeners might just hear him pop in to give his thoughts!
Public Service Announcement: Please sort your trash and take good care of your own neighborhood, lest the Syntax Man come in and take all your undeclared earnings away.
Ever known for their timely releases, Todd, Mike, and re-introducing MAX, give their hot takes and ribald jabs about the surprise announcement of the reformation of Blink 182's original lineup, upcoming world tour and album, and give a live listen of their new single, EDGING (hate that capitalization)!
Todd is back and rebranding with new guest host Mike!
Max me be out of the equation for the time being but the new boys are back to finish out the Blink 182 discography and make you smile slightly!
Special thanks: Oliver Tree, Trap City, Touchdown Jesus, and Undeclared.
Todd and Max are back and in person to discuss the fourth/fifth Blink 182 album. Will TOYPAJ's mixed legacy in the eyes of its own creators and jaded high-school-era Max affect it's blink rating? Zosos, kickstarters, and high school hugs are discussed in a peppy convoy worthy of the band and the Boyz.
Thanks to Karaoke BanBan for providing the recording space and staying classy!
It was a long wait and it nearly killed the boyz' friendship but we're back to sleep-podcast our way through the churn that is the middle section of Angels & Airwaves' musical output. Two Love-titled albums and a movie are getting swallowed by Sahaquiel and spat into the oblivion so tune in, will ya?!
Adrift on the International Space Station for a mission of indeterminant length, Max relays with Todd at mission-control and talks through the first installment of the Angels & Airwaves: We Don't Need to Whisper and I-Empire. Listen as the boyz descend into space madness over tinkly guitars and pseudo-uplifting arena rock.
"We're here", oft uttered but seldom true, until today. Max and Todd cause a ruckus in a karaoke booth and review the most musically matured and final pre-break-up Blink 182 album. Listen to us croon over the single tracks and enjoy some honest-to-God in-person synergy. Special thanks to Korekke Club for lending us their facilities, jeers to the incompetent staff, and apologies to everyone listening for the background noise.
Mike's back to review Blink's awkward venture into comedy albums and we razz up the place. Max is clicking a lot and Todd's a'ranting... sorry Mike. "Hey is that an editing mistake?" Shut up! There were so many tracks; both in the album AND garage band, dang!
Todd and Max are feeling so calloused as they discuss the first ever Blink 182 side project: Boxcar Racer. The boyz track the trajectory of Tom LongShlong's nascent megalomania and easily-exploited paranoia while riffing on and over the surprisingly competent, but definitely not post-hardcore, album.
Recovered punk and jet-setter Andy joins us to cover the end of Blink 182's garage-punk era in Dude Ranch. Improv karaoke is sung, lewd jokes are popped, and Todd is riled as we careen through this sloppily produced but endlessly endearing album from a Zoomer's lifetime ago!
Touchdown Boyz, now with more plugs than ever!
Listen to Andy's podcast Brunch Movies and follow it/him on Twitter and Soundcloud!
Skank out to Max and Andy's high-school era ska band, Thursday by Six!
Special thanks to the Novel Coronavirus for sponsoring our show as it continues to set the world on fire with hit after hit!
Todd and Max time travel forward to meet up with bubbly bud Mike to enjoy Blink 182's sterling pop masterpiece Enema of the State. Todd is going hog wild with the segments, Mike is on point with his commentary and infectious laugh, and even Max gets in a few good jokes, coalescing for the best and longest episode yet!
