Radical Responsibility, Real Life Stress and Choosing a New Story
What if your suffering isn’t just circumstantial—but also chosen? This week on Too Much Not Enough, we’re getting radically honest.
In this solo episode, I’m sharing the deeply personal moment when my partner asked me a question that cracked something open in me: "Do you even like me—or do I just bring out the worst in you?"
The truth? I wasn’t mad at him. I was disconnected from myself. Underneath the stress of launching a business, financial pressure, fertility uncertainty, and house hunting, I realized: 💥 I was keeping myself miserable. 💥 I was stuck in a story of stress and survival—and I had made it my identity.
But here’s the thing about chronic stress and emotional burnout: if we don’t question the story we’re telling ourselves, we’ll unconsciously keep recreating it. This episode is about emotional responsibility, nervous system awareness, and the hard (but liberating) truth that your inner narrative shapes your outer experience.
If you're stuck in a cycle of overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion, this is your invitation to pause, zoom out, and ask: 👉 What story am I living in—and is it one I want to keep telling?
