E65: This is Why I Decided to Fail Faster | My 75 Hard Challenge

In Episode 65, I share some challenges I am having in life at the moment. I recorded this episode the same day it will be releasing and had a very significant mindset shift around failure. Growing up, we got taught that failure is bad and that we should avoid it. This is how I got conditioned as a little kid. So that's how I have approached a lot of what I do in life. This is also how I approached this 75 Hard Challenge which I recently failed. I almost let it get the better of me. I almost let my limiting beliefs control how I move forward from this. If I'm being honest, I don't know whether I would have tried it again if I didn't have this mindset shift, which I am openly sharing with you today.
