Tom is a second year undergraduate University student at the Uni of Worcester and yet he has already started his own cricket coaching company called Vortex; he has already worked in county age group coaching with Herefordshire; and he has already established a base from which he can coach 121 at a club. How has he done this? Simply put, Tom has achieved this by approaching decision makers and talking to them about what he can offer and how this will help others. This is no small thing and something that will set him up well for the future the next chapter of which sees him about to go off to New Zealand to coach.
