For a lot of survivors, finding strength and resilience day to day can be tough, but working spiritual practices into your routine can make a big difference. Regular prayer is a really powerful tool that connects us right to God, giving comfort guidance, and peace. Making a daily prayer routine helps ground us in our faith and reminds us God's always there supporting us, especially when times are hard. Meditating on scripture's another key practice. By really taking in Gods word and thinking about His promises, we can change negative thoughts into positive faith-filled ones and focusing on verses that relate to your experiences can provide strength and encouragement, helping you find hope and healing in God's truths.

Pastor and Sarah make themselves more than available. Most importantly, they genuinely care about those they serve and are not afraid to make sacrifices to help. I have been very impressed with both their character and the work of the Lord through them.
