
In Episode 026 of the Tickets Toward Success Podcast, I am joined by one of my best friends, Tyler Montalvo.
I first met Tyler back in high school through mutual friends, and since then, he’s become one of the most driven, inspiring, and genuinely hilarious people I know. Tyler is a dedicated CrossFit coach, a man of faith, and someone who embodies discipline and purpose.
Over the past year, he’s undergone an incredible transformation—dropping 100 lbs from 290 pounds to 190 lbs, and pushing himself through CrossFit competitions, 5Ks, and even half marathons. Although his weight loss journey is impressive, the way he has been able to change his mindset on life is truly remarkable and I am excited to have him share his perspective on life with you all today.
During the episode, we focus on three main topics, fitness, faith, and family, which are core staples not only my life, but his as well.
