In this episode I chat to Cork based mother of 3 Loretta Kennedy about leaning into vulnerability. Loretta has a background in Psychology & Counselling. She’s the founder & Managing Director of MamaBear Foods, a company which specialises in the production of healthy family condiments & sauces. She is a key note speaker & mentor to female entrepreneurs & has spoken at various health & wellness events such as WellFest, iWish, Mumtalks & Enterprise Ireland events & was voted one of Image magazine’s Women to Watch in 2020. Loretta recently launched her coaching business & a new online platform, Urban Sacred, where she helps clients and organisations find clarity and purpose, achieve their visions & create authentic impact. In our conversation, Loretta shares her story about starting her businesses & how leaning into vulnerability in both business & life, despite how uncomfortable it felt at times, had really positive consequences for her. I hope that you enjoy hearing Loretta’s story and the insights that she shares into the power of vulnerability.
