The moments we take for granted are numbered and there will be an end to each of them someday.
If you knew how many times were left to go out on the town with your spouse, call your parents or kiss your kid good night, would you treat those experiences different?
Are we building our testimonies on BIG spiritual moments that happen every so often? Of course, these aren’t bad experiences but can we more frequently experience God’s love, guidance and answers to prayers in the LITTLE moments that may seem insignificant? Moments like following a prompting to text a friend, reading a scripture or quote that is encouraging on a tough day or experiencing a kind gesture from a stranger. These moments are everywhere and available to us if we look for them.
There is time-maybe not the kind you want but ask yourself “HOW CAN I have these wonderful little moments moving forward?” There’s nothing you can do about the past. How will you treat these small moments as your life goes on?
