Watching Arik grow up from a young age, two guys that made it from Sac. We dive into the family dynamics of Matt's childhood, moving to Sac at a young age and dealing with racism. The journey to UCLA and being a two sport athlete. Getting drafted was a dream, but sticking in the NBA was the real dream. A true pioneer, and creating a lane for athletes in media. Plus, maturing and co parenting with Derek Fisher.

From an athletic family with a special lineage of success, Josh was always outside playing sports from a young age. Football wasn’t his first love, and it wasn’t until he moved to Alabama that he started to really play competitively. A 2 Star recruit, not having much experience on the D Line but still leading the state in sacks, he went on to play at Kentucky where he became SEC player of the year. Josh talks about his purpose in Jacksonville, and whys he meant to be in DUUUVAL.

From being cut multiple times to breaking records, Raheem's story is one of resilience and determination.  Driving by the Hall of Fame and manifesting the day he walks in as a Hall of Fame player. Raheem walks us through his journey from a surf town in Florida through to leading the NFL in rushing touchdowns.
