If you can be aware of yourself when you are obsessed with someone else that is the key to get focussed on yourself!
Your health relies on you to focus on you. When you are fixated on someone else tying to figure out why they aren't doing what you want, thinking like you, not acting in a healthy way the way you would like it is time to get the focus back on yourself.
They will never think or be the way that you want. It is pointless to try any longer. Let it go and when you do your body will get back to the healthy body you need. Your mind will be healthy.
A great way to do this is with mediation, nature, sport, reading and music.
