Healing is an autonomous process happening inside of your body at any given moment. It is carried by an ever-present momentum of life-force flowing through you (from Source) and can be blocked or allowed by your environment, your actions, and your inner reactivity to your past and present experiences.
Just some notes on the self-healing process, and how we can use this life-force to intentionally manifest the healed, whole, balanced version of ourselves in the present moment. Nothing too crazy.
