This is the very first episode, YAY!!!! In this episode, I speak on really checking in and centering. Many of us believe that checking in is limited to mental check-ins that we do daily to stay centered what about the other aspects of our lives though? It is important that we connect with our inner thoughts and being as often as possible. We often overlook certain things such as our lifestyle, what we want for our future, how we deal with conflict, whether we want children (do we have the mental capacity?), family, finances, etc.We can really check in and be mindful and truly centered.
