This one is short and to the point. I believe that the majority of the solutions we are facing regarding gun violence in America comes from the statistical data that is being ignored completely. The majority of what people believe is the cause of gun violence in America, isn't. We need to start looking at this issue from position of reality, and not political allegiance. Open minds create positive outcomes. As a nation, we have lost the ability to communicate. It's time to fix that.

S2 Episode 14: Boiling water, bad words, and wtf.
It doesn't matter how many times we do this job right, because society won't remember. What they absolutely will remember is when we do it wrong. This episode will discuss the importance of verbiage and how the small things can make the biggest differences for your future. In a game where you’re going to lose no matter what, it would be wise to give yourself enough balance and stability to become an afterthought of a critical incident rather than case law, or a booking sheet.

S2 Episode 11: Risk and relationships, how much is your agency willing to gamble?
In this episode we will discuss the concept of relationships- specifically with you and your employer. There will never be a perfect relationship in the realm of shift work, but if we don't try, or more importantly, the employer doesn't try, it is destined for failure. If the agency forgoes the requests of the masses, the masses will leave- and we absolutely can't have that happen in today's climate of law and order.
