When it comes to the future of work, nobody knows with certainty what new advancements will emerge and which skills will be in high demand. We do know the future will be radically different from work environment we know today – we saw that first hand through our lived experience of the covid-pandemic. But there’s still so much work that needs to be done in most organisations to actively support the development of agility.
