What up guys! Have any of you gone on a break from writing and found you struggle to know what to do with your day to day life? This episode gets real about what I refer to as "writing withdraw symptoms". I talk about why I feel this, how I've been dealing with it, along with some recent reading updates and a few rants about the Canterbury Tales and musings about why I don't like a certain popular book I'm reading right now. Listen if you just want some background or want to hear a rant about classic English literature.
Maybe I just have a screwed work life balance.
Send me podcast ideas! I will do an episode on any question you have!

Hello again to everyone! It's been a minute since I've recorded an episode, but now that summer has arrived I'll have a ton more time to record and edit new episodes. My podcast has gotten a bit of rebranding, but it's the same me and the same basic premise and content, just a bit more professionalism added on.
Today's episode explains the next steps to take when you look at your first draft again and realize it's terrible. That happened to me, and I went through a lot trying to fix it, so here is my best advice on where to go from that first terrifying moment lol. I covered the two most common problems with a first draft, plot and characters, but if you are struggling in another area don't hesitate to DM me on my Instagram or comment on my Tiktok or send me an email, and I will definitely do an episode on your question. Thank you for listening!
