Russian Investigative Committee announced on Friday that the human remains discovered in a forest near the Russian city of Yekaterinburg, belonged to the last Russian Tsar Nicholas II and members of his family. Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte signed the anti-terrorism bill on Friday, which will come into force in the coming weeks. This will widen the definition of 'terrorism' to cover incitement and will permit authorities to conduct surveillance of terrorist suspects for 60 days, to arrest them without a warrant, and to hold them for 24 days.
