In the first 14 months of motherhood, Kelly has traveled almost as extensively as she did before giving birth. In this episode, Kelly imparts the philosophies, anecdotes & tips that support her & her family traveling in a way that many think is out of reach. She also explains how traveling with her family feels similar to three 3 phases of having a child (pregnancy, giving birth & the 4th trimester) and how approaching travel with that mindset has allowed each travel experience to feel more stress free.

First, that she is a lifelong learning. Being raised in a way that taught her learning is the pathway to opportunity, Justyna has continued her love for learning as a 3x Fulbright applicant & 1x award winner.
Then, that she is a mother. Justyna shares her decision to move back to Chicago after spending 10 years in Washington DC to prioritize the needs of her family alongside her dreams as a woman.
And finally, she is a daughter. Justyna gives us a peek into how she views her role as a daughter - both today and how she expects that role to evolve in the future.
We end each Expanded episode with a top 3 quick fire round. Justyna chose for her questions...

In this episode, I interview my friend Sophie. We discuss 3 aspects of her womanhood that I deeply admire.
First, that she is a dreamer. After growing up fearing birth, Sophie dreamed of a birth that was pure magic... an ended up with a labor that was just 2 hours and only 13 minutes of pushing. She tells her story of not knowing if she wanted to become a mother having been told birth was hard her whole life -- to completely re-writing that story.
The, that she is an entrepreneur. Sophie shares how she has changed as an entrepreneur after becoming a mother, and how integrity plays the most important role in how she moves through the world as a professional.
And finally, she is a mother. Sophie made the decision to stop breastfeeding 6 weeks after giving birth to her son. The story of how she navigated this decision (and how she would navigate it again if she were to have a second child) demonstrates confidence in her intuition, something many of us aspire to have more of.
We end each Expanded episode with a top 3 quick fire round. Sophie chose for her questions...
1. What aspect of yourself are you most proud of becoming
2. What is the biggest risk you are glad you have taken
3. What does success mean to you in this season of life
