6. Why a weight management nutritionist is talking about body positivity and body neutrality

In today's episode, I share my story, and talk about why I do what I do; nutrition, as well as mind, body and eating coaching. 

I share with you how I got to where I am now, and how being a weight management nutritionist has opened my eyes to the wider issues surrounding weight, eating and body acceptance. I talk about why my focus now is on the psychological and mindset side of health and weight too!

I share my thoughts about the body positivity movement and talk about a lesser-known movement known as body neutrality.
