Food cravings are something that most of us experience, but sometimes we can subconsciously make our cravings feel more intense, or even trigger food urgency and uncontrollable eating. 

We all start to form emotional relationships with food from birth, and throughout our lives. So, we dig deeper in this episode to help you identify how your lifestyle, habits, and mindset may influence your eating and drive your cravings.  

We also look at why sugar can feel more addictive than other foods!!
