Our God is a jealous God (Jeremiah, Ezekiel), and I want to live a life that’s purpose-driven, bigger than me, and ultimately glorifies Him through the gifts He’s given me.

Focusing hard on lead conversion and aiming for a 10% conversion rate by year end under Artie Reynoso’s leadership.
Brought on Willie Derrick to grow the investment acquisitions and dispositions side.
Ambition Academy launched in October — wrote a book, built a funnel, and filled the first class. One student already bought her first flip!
Kicking off a major recruiting campaign for new agents.
Nathan and Casey parted ways — and honestly, it’s bringing clarity and focus to the wholesale/investing side.

But here's another question...how do you implement processes without getting robotic about it and accidentally killing your culture? That one is harder for sure, but I believe meeting face to face, one on one, with your team often can help you keep a finger on the pulse.

Today, Kendell talks about the decision making process they're using in order to get their new company off the ground and profitable as quickly as possible; with that he also dives into one of the most powerful tools they're leveraging: The PERSONAL Brand. 2) How will this decision & execution plan effect me in 10 moves (like a chess game)?
