In this episode, as Kass Gomez returns from her trip at The Gorge Amphitheatre, she shared her personal experiences with grief and trauma, including the loss of their baby brother and mother, and the threat from her other brother over social media.
She emphasized the importance of healing through music and the significance of her trip to see Odesza. She also recounted their harrowing experience of a fire incident during a concert at the Gorge Amphitheater. In the second part of the conversation, she shared their personal experiences of healing and growth through attending Odesza concerts, setting boundaries, and managing emotions.
She emphasized the importance of valuing oneself in any relationship and practicing breath work and other healing techniques to cope with emotions.
