This episode is more of an open letter. A declaration against playing small and being the "good girl people pleaser". This is about my truth. Your story may be very similar. This episode will either activate you or trigger you. Both is fine. Enjoy.

Draw inspiration from today's episode where I share a sweet conversation I had with my daughter and signs you're on the right track when it comes to modelling the behaviour you need to for your children. By the end of this episode you'll know where you may have more work to do in terms of your own emotional intelligence and critical thinking. We can't teach our children what we don't know and haven't mastered (yet).

In today's episode, I'm answering a question I received from one of Our Inner Circle members about filing a complaint against her therapist. Therapists have a great role in terms of looking at your trauma and helping you process your feelings and emotions. There are some great therapists out there and some not-so-great, just like in every profession.
However, expecting them to give you practical advice for dealing with your specific challenges in parenting and coparenting is beyond their scope of work. See it like this, it's like buying a guitar and expecting it to sound like a violin. This also applies to legal professionals.
Tune in to hear my take and insights on how to deal with complaints about "professionals" who don't advocate for you.

In today's episode, I talk about a conversation I had in the DM's with a woman who reached out to get support with her coparenting. It reminded me of so many similar conversations I've had that tell me straight away where someone is in their journey and the real reason they're stuck not being able to see the wood for the trees. Grab a drink and lean in as I have a feeling this will resonate with you too.
