7. Nutrition and fertility

In this week's episode Tasha and Annie talk to Alison Hall, a nutritional therapist specialising in fertility and female health. Alison talks through the impact your diet can have on your fertility and what changes you can make. We also talk about fertility and aging and Tasha explains why she is changing to a new clinic.

Alison mentions a few studies throughout the discussion, below are the links to the research she cites:

  • National Diet and Nutrition Survey (2018): only a third of adults achieve 5/day fruit and vegetables: https://www.nutrition.org.uk/nutritioninthenews/new-reports/ndnsyears7and8.html?__cf_chl_jschl_tk__=9d31f7f36a8b473aa33e71a7bc37915cc7b2403e-1591740661-0-AQpzRufAsqxXOordgxTBzuZzV_4PDLWOENjl_o329GlPFXveeaXYaG-882eBT8sDCmM7Dx214bDEkghH0EBDw8bcyVW2cjlhYf61y94KMvIEJIR9VyIp65pSaeDaY7r76_zeYEtWiXzDR7gJvae0fTb7C8T5XrEWaQwReCFUGjy5YoEz6uSvY5DVoLcu_65VJ6dSOzK2wQV_VZMu9sZO5nl7qbvUDQDmBR36jMK0H4Y13xv9NynJgWXAIJY_XX7tJOgIHRkiRJOYG1hh1C3bHjhJQ8TUl-uzOWSKD7njiyW82eD2PpCfXecKNn1q6FhzotreyAZwRGmVpqhfeE8fQ_qqaRMdX8zwxyzvBQlItfW4z4xAJLPvGhE-RJ9i1E3PwlneWR7W4kBIKqjCh82Z65E
