After a five-year drought, Great Britain finally has a rider back on the top step of a Grand Tour. Simon Philip Yates won the 2025 Giro d'Italia earlier this month in cathartic fashion, exorcising seven-year-old demons on the Colle delle Finestre, a mountain that had played host to the biggest undoing of his career. The two Toms get to know SPY a little better with a game of 'Whodunnit: Simon Yates or Adam Yates?'. They then doth their caps to the forgettable stage winners of this year's Giro, and name the race's other MVP.

Tadej Pogačar was across the headlines again in April, a month that brought the world champion's Paris-Roubaix debut, and his bid for an Ardennes treble.
