The episode where we share our recent investigation of the Ray County Museum in Richmond, MO. This museum used to operate as a Poor Farm in the early 1900s and is now filled with artifacts that have brought residual energy to the uniquely designed building. Here we break out some cat balls, rave music, TS bridges, and deep voices to talk with the spirits. We managed to get a couple of EVPs despite our shenanigans. AND you get to hear a bonus recap of our first musical experience together at…. The Book of Mormon. We were unprepared, that’s all I’ll say.

(Insert theme song) The episode where Sarah discusses the elusive Amber Room, considered to be possibly the eighth Wonders of the World. This is a history lesson about WWII and a story all in one, but don’t worry, Lindsey and Boydston are here to bring the chaos. And y’all, it is chaos. We talk about how Stalin was messed up (who isn’t), sing the Jurassic Park theme song (wrong), and I think the PBJ song came out too, but I may have blocked that out. Did you expect any less from our Halloween episode?!

The episode where Boydston brings us a smorgasbord story about time travel! This is a fascinating story and we really WANT to believe. Meet Sergei Ponomarenko. Place: Kiev, Ukraine. Time: ???? Okay, okay, so it’s 2006, and Sergei shows up claiming he’s from 1958. His story gets crazier as he also supposedly saw 2050?! We’re going to discuss the two views: did he really time travel?! Or is this an elaborate hoax spanning decades?! I bet you can tell where we each are going to fall, but it is a fun story to discuss.

The episode where Lindsey shares a paranormal story about one of our most beloved Halloween traditions - the Jack-o’-lantern! This is the Irish myth/urban legend/REAL LIFE STORY of a man named Jack and how he kept pulling the wool over Satan’s eyes. Lindsey can’t pronounce words (what’s new), Boydston dies (RIP), and Sarah gets sweaty.

The episode where we share our recent investigation at Emmaus Village in Marthasville, MO. This place is a historical landmark that has functioned as a school, seminary, and asylum. Also, rumors of aliens and a cryptid stalk the grounds. Recently opened to investigations, you know we had to go. Lindsey practices her Dogman call (she’s like…really good at it), Sarah names schools (also really good at it), and Boydston knows the difference in owls (also really good at this). Our talents are all on display here, and we meet a new friend, Terry. Okay, but seriously, this investigation reignited our love for ghost hunting because WE FELT THINGS!

The episode where Boydston shares a bonus episode about the haunted Lake Shawnee in West Virginia. Sounds like a haunted lake right? WRONG. It’s a haunted amusement park that is named after a lake for reasons we don’t understand. Listen, as if people haven’t learned their lesson from Hollywood and the several horror movies about this very thing…building anything on top of an ancient burial ground is a recipe for bad karma. Lake Shawnee is abandoned now after too many tragic accidents, but open for hauntings so if you want to apply to be one of our friends to stay at a haunted amusement park, let us know!

The episode in which Boydston shares the weirdest true crime you’ve hopefully never heard before. Listen, we talk about a lot of weird stuff but this may take the cake for Weirdest Story, which makes Boydston the Weirdest One. Don’t worry, we all will present our cases for why we’re weird too. But this is the story of Mary Toft. Setting? 1726 England. Really the least said about this story, the better. We will give one warning…there is lots of talk of female anatomy.

The episode where Lindsey brings us a new cryptid friend: Dogman! We recently encountered the legend of Dogman at our next haunted investigation so we had to cover his story. You’ll hear some original songs by Sarah (truly beautiful), Boydston getting sentimental (she’ll get hard again, don’t worry), and Lindsey will sample the Dogman call (a true gift). Tell us what you think: is Dogman real? Did the government create an accidental hybrid? And most importantly…does he understand our Dogman call?! Tune in to find out!

The episode where Sarah brings us a paranormal story about mysterious green children from the 12th century in Woolpit in Suffolk, England. This story has been handed down for generations and nobody knows where these two children came from to this day. People believe they could be fae, aliens, or immigrants from Belgium who just really loved beans. One thing is for sure: wolves don’t have legpits.

The episode where we share our recent investigation at the Kansas Aviation Museum in Wichita, KS. Fun fact: this was once one of the biggest airports in the country and now is a plane museum right next to an Air Force Base. We’ve investigated haunted trains so you know we had to investigate some haunted planes. Sadly we couldn’t play planes here…weird how they don’t just let three women hang out in cockpits and play make believe plane crash but whatever. We’ll share about the history of this place as well as what we experienced there - demon roombas and foot farts.

The episode where Lindsey brings us some true crime, scam style! That’s right, she’s taking a page out of Boydston’s book and doing a scam story. This is the story of Rose Marks, a woman who became infamous as fortune telling was thought to be protected free speech until this case. You’ll hear how she and her family fraudulently scammed many individuals out of millions and it finally caught up to them.

The episode where Sarah brings us a smorgasbord episode about her newest fascination: Mount Everest. The tallest mountain in the world has a fascinating history. Everybody knows Mount Everest (Sir Everest if you will), but we guarantee you will hear lots of fun facts about the climbers, all the deaths and bodies just…hanging out up there, and how much it costs to even get a chance at Everest. You will learn stuff, we promise. And if you ever wonder how can you make Mount Everest dirty, well…we got you covered.

The episode where Boydston brings us a paranormal about the Black Forest. No, not THAT Black Forest - this one is in Colorado. And it just so happens to have a house that has some spooky spirits hanging out. You’ve got some freaky bedroom spirits, a 90s TV crew, and unnatural swirls. Don’t worry, Lindsey and Sarah are here to demonstrate it all for you.

The episode where we discuss our recent investigation at the Kansas State Penitentiary. We have been waiting to be allowed inside this place for investigations, so you know we jumped on the chance as soon as they opened! This part of the penitentiary opened in 1859 and closed in 2020, making it one of the oldest prisons in the US. We’ll talk about the moat of wheat surrounding the prison (kidding), lots of fun facts, Fried Chicken Sunday, and how awkward Lindsey is.

The episode where Sarah brings us some true crime from (some of) our home state - Missouri! This is the story of cult leader Jeff Lundgren, who led a group of Mormons in the late 1980s. Except he added some stuff that were pretty sure aren’t in the Book of Mormon….like demons swallowing up the Earth and murdering your followers. Or as he liked to call it, pruning your vineyard, aka the dead grapes. You’ll get to hear what our ideal cult would be like, so stay tuned for that one. Trigger warning for child death in this episode.

The episode where we discuss the conclusion of the McMillion’s Scam from last week! We have much better names for this FBI Operation…like Ronald McFraundled (copyright!!) or the Unhappy Meal. Marketing, call us. This episode is slightly unhinged, but what do you expect from an FBI pie guy, Ronald, and a sting operation. This is the fall of Jerry and the McMillions…and we discuss it all by using 90s song lyrics. You are welcome.

The episode where Boydston shares another scam story! This is part 1 so make sure you catch next week’s episode for the finale. This week we are going to tackle the McMillion$ story, aka the Monopoly game McDonald’s promoted between 1989-2001. We all know the game, but do you know the story behind the FBI takedown? You will now! Also…Boydston has a new bff and his name is Ben Franklin.

The episode where Lindsey shares a paranormal of our favorite kind - a cryptid! Meet our newest friend, the Enfield Monster. Not to be confused with the Enfield poltergeist, this friend is from Enfield, Illinois. He was sighted in 1973 and terrorized a small town by smelling their rose bushes. What makes him so cool is he has three legs, hisses like a wildcat, and has six toe beans. Chaos ensues. We also discuss that Sarah hates pouches (who knew) and Boydston provides the special effects for this episode. Listen, cryptids are always a chaotic fun time.

The episode where we share our recent investigation at the St. George Hotel in Weston, MO. Weston is a small town just north of KC and has a haunted hotel AND a haunted underground bar, so you know we had to visit. We’ll talk about our visit, the lovely wine we consumed, a mischievous kid ghost, and the falling ceiling at night. Poor Boydston.

The episode where Boydston brings us some true crime but also some fun history. This is the absolute fascinating story of Pepsi and their contest that went sideways in the Philippines in 1992. It’s a real life Willy Wonka y’all, and you’re gonna find out why we love Coca Cola more. Listen, if Pepsi promised you a lot of money but didn’t give it to you, you’d be pissed, right? That’s what happened in the Philippines and riots ensued. This story is crazy, but absolutely fascinating.
