In this episode, he dives into the history of Even Easier Strength! A program I just ran that took my deadlift up 35 pounds in 40 days! (Dead serious too!) Along with that, he goes into the true essence of strength training and how to look at things in this program and general fitness. He ends with a great topic of eliminating binary thinking of 'just this' or 'just that' and how there are different tools to the goal you want to accomplish!
