As a school counselor I have too many parents who don't want to talk about mental health with their little kids because they don't want to "give them any bad ideas". When in fact, their kids are dealing with emotions and really hard feelings at a really young age. So at a really young age, we need to talk about our feelings and how we can feel, deal , and heal.
