From Clubhouse to Dispo, invite-only apps are popping up everywhere! Using FOMO to their advantage, these apps might have a smart marketing strategy, but is it ethical? In today's episode, we discuss the effects of FOMO caused by these invite-only apps and how that's impacting us while our lives are so online right now.

Employee referrals have helped me land most of my design internships. However, POC are 35% less likely to get a referral than their white counterparts. It's time for us, specifically senior designers, to diversity our social circles, mentor and vouch for under-represented minorities in tech and help them get their foot in the door.
