EP09 - Making Better Decisions ft. Dr. Ben Lebig Jr.

Curious to find out if there's a framework for making better decisions?

That's the main highlight for today's episode. You see, we make decisions every day but not all decisions are equally important. Some are life-altering, some are low-impact and some of those don’t even matter at all as you’ll realize later in the episode. The combination of those decisions we’ve made, whether good or bad has shaped us the way we are today.

Today's guest is someone who I believed made a series of good decisions and is a very active member of the Filipino Community here in the UAE. Dr. Ben Lebig Jr. recently obtained his Ph.D. in Strategy and International Business from King’s College London, United Kingdom. He also has 2 Master's Degree, one from the University of the Philippines and the other from Manchester Business School. In addition to that, he's also the recipient of multiple awards in the Filipino Community such as the Dakilang Bayani Award 2016 and Kabayan Outstanding Filipino Awardee. Currently, he's the Corporate Business Planner covering 5 regions for Chevron Corporation.

Topics Covered:

1. Some of Dr. Ben's biggest decisions

2. Some of his bad decisions

3. Framework for better decisions

4. What hinders us from making better decisions
