This week's episode is about developing a growth mindset. The reason why I think it’s very relevant is that it helps you change the way you think and how you view the world around you. Having a growth mindset highlights the importance of continuous learning and believing that if you put in enough effort, you will improve over time. To discuss the topic, I invited one of my mentors who really taught me valuable lessons in life.
